Oh! The beautiful life of the good old days,
Filled with memories of my snooker craze!
A Happy life, with absolutely no worry,
Time passing us by without any hurry.
Where “by-two” coffees qualified as a treat,
And eating 6 dosas counted as a big feat!
Rushing through the morning in a mad blur,
Just to be on time and say “Present Sir!”
Spending the sem, revolving around pretty girls,
But when finals came, getting sucked into swirls!
Studying all night, just one day before the exam,
And then fighting for marks, Oh! What a scam!
Never ever aware what real life skills we lack,
Whiling away time discussing Shahruk’s 6-pack!
I miss those days of in-the-moment living,
Now knowing what the hell I was doing.

hey! good one!
for once the rhyming seemed apt
Why, Thank you! My poetry skills must be improving!
Very Impressive Aditya!
I am really getting motivated with your word play! I am trying it in next blog post!
Very very impressive again!
Thank you thank you. I assure you my random-rhyming-word-generator program had nothing to do with this poem.
Shahrukh’s six packs!!! That was 2 months ago. I think your poem is “incidentally” incorrect.
That’s true, but I had to get it to rhyme, didn’t I?
–Spending the sem, revolving around pretty girls
lucky chap !
Only revolving. Never closing in.
“Only revolving. Never closing in. ”
You married me for godsake !!!
>You married me for godsake !!!
